The Rocher Group appoints Emeline Ouart as director of communications and public affairs

The Rocher Group, owner of Yves Rocher, Petit Bateau and Dr. Pierre Ricaud, has appointed Emeline Ouart as the Group's director of communications and public affairs.

Previously director of internal and external communications at frozen food company Picard Surgelés, Emeline Ouart took up her new post at the Rocher Group in October 2023. She now oversees external communications, media relations, events, public affairs and internal communications.

This appointment comes at a time of transformation for the Rocher group.  Last July, Bris Rocher handed over the general management of the family group to Jean-David Schwartz, former head of the Yves Rocher brand worldwide.

This appointment has led to a number of changes in key positions. Guillaume Darrousez, previously head of Petit Bateau, has been CEO of Yves Rocher since September, while Alexandre Rubin has succeeded him at the helm of the French clothing brand.

The Rocher group, which has over 16,000 employees in France and nine brands, generates sales of 2.4 billion euros.
