Now!

As part of the NOW movement with Derek Sivers, I have decided to join and create the following page for BuildMyIdea.org. I believe that it will enable more focus and clarity.

Now I am:

  • adding value to students in middle school and high school by shining light on the importance of self-awareness, on their ability to serve, on their leadership abilities as well as how they can innovate through conversations, workshops and coaching services.
  • adding value to parents of teenagers by assisting them in helping their children find their passion, make education related decisions and cultivate an innovative leader mindset (see Manifesto) through conversations and social media.
  • developing digital and virtual services that enable students to grow as leaders and that parents can appreciate.

My name is Ryan Makhani. My mission is to help people discover their gifts and find ways they can serve with their gifts. As an engineer, educator and entrepreneur, I serve to make a difference. At BuildMyIdea.org, we inspire young people to be innovative leaders. We want young people to recognize that they can live their dreams and serve the world at the same time. We use a framework called BASE: Beliefs, Alignments, Skills, Experiences. More about my background on Linkedin
